Honestly Kyle's team looks dominant thus far. All the risks are now falling into place. Kelce continues to get tons of targets, Cooks is starting to work in well with the offense, and Tyreek is no fluke. Also, Kyle's running back game is almost fixed. Forunette gets at least 20 touches a game and is ranked 3rd amongst backs. With a RB2, Kyle could have a lock championship team.
Devin is starting to finally show some weaknesses. His injured bench might start to haunt his bench sports, not allowing him to pick as many people off the waiver wire. Gurley and Hunt are showing weakness as well, but still remain the top backs in the league. Devin did win a trade this week getting the NY tight end and Randall Cobb in the deal.
Lets crunch the numbers here with Sexual Misconducts team. He is third in the league in points, he has won 2 in a row, the smallest point differential he has had was a 25 point victory. Pj's team is very up and down. His scores have ranged from 83-135. If Pj's team continues to get touchdowns, he's in good shape. But, thats the risk. We'll see if the reliance on touchdowns pays off for this team.
Problems have started to arise for Duke's team. Starting with OBJ being out for the season. Luckily, Duke focused on receivers in the draft and still has Michael and Demaryius Thomas. Lamar Miller has been consistent but not great, and TY Montgomery might start to see a split in touches if he is healthy. Jordan Reed has been below average and Duke has yet to play the right QB, but he has 2 good options at Winston and Wentz. This weak 4-1 team could go either way fro here on.
It seems like Chief Keef keeps bouncing up and down on the rankings this year. Win, Loss, Win, Loss, Win. This kid just can't decide what he wants his team to be. Jordan has bounced up down with his scores as well. Below and above 100 all year. He may be one of the more inconsistent teams in the league but he can really define himself against BTOP this week.
Coburn won this week with 97 points against the mighty BTOP. 97 points shouldn't really get you a win, but hey, that's fantasy football for ya. Coburn has an interesting player to look at going forward. Adrian Peterson was traded to Arizona and he might just be the #1 there. His talent has been wasted and it'll be interesting to see what he can do. Powell hasn't looked deserving of being in a starting lineup, so AP as a replacement could save Coburn's team.
A HUGE week for Bernie with 138 points. He just so happened to play the team who had the most points this week at 149. But lets break this down. Watson threw for a couple hail mary touchdowns getting him 35 points. Ellington looks like he won't be seeing as much of the field with AP coming into town. And Bernie just hasn't had the "It" factor to win these late games. Maybe the gods are playing with him because of last year. He almost mounts his comebacks and then comes short in the end. Never give up.
Team 10 has made its way back down to the 8 spot here after a scoring outing of 82 points and losing his 3rd straight game. Team 10 is averaging about 102 points a week and sits at second to last in points for. Ertz continues to lead this team and ranks 1st among tight ends and both of his running backs rank top 10 at their position, but his WR core is not looking amazing with Alshon looking average and Sheppard questionable moving forward. A lot of things need to start going Charlie's way for his season to turn around.
Ah, Don. Another week another L. Ajayi honestly looks like he deserves a bench spot, and honestly if he hadn't broken out last year, I would say he should be dropped. But he's got potential so you can't just drop the guy. That's what puts teams in tough spots later in the season. Max needs a lot of his players to live up to their potential including pryor and sanders. Otherwise, we're going to be seeing a lot of the same.
Jacob's record on here says 0-4 but he's actually 0-5. I'm just too lazy to go back and change it, and really does it matter? Jake took another tough loss and is coming close to some records you don't want to have. In Jacob's last 18 weeks of regular season fantasy football, he is 3-15. Some say fantasy football isn't luck, some say it is. Is this an example of just being a bad fantasy player? Or has he just been on the butt end of 2 seasons in a row? I say the ladder, but he still doesn't look good for the playoffs right about now.
